Disclaimer: Please note that color on a computer screen may look different to the actual item if you are unsure please rather request photos in both natural light and artificial light. We always keep a color sample as reference.
But in saying that color will vary in various lighting conditions like natural light sunny day vs natural light on a overcast day vs indoor fluorescent or ambient light.
Please note Cerakote although extremely resilient and hard wearing does not like abrasive liquids like acetone rubbing alcohol and the likes. Please avoid cleaning panels or handling cerakote panels if you have handled these types of liquids.

Please note every effort has been made to keep everything free of scratches however these are hand made so there might be superficial scratches which is unavoidable. We personally QC every item before sending them out. There might be a delay of up to 72 hours before shipping due to stock levels on the individual colors. However every effort will be made to get your package out within 24 hours of payment.

Delivery Time Frames and Charges
DHL & The Courier Guy operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.
Delivery costs are set at R99 for deliveries within South Africa only. For any deliveries outside South Africa, we will quote separately based on your location.
Delivery time frames are as follow:
- South Africa: 3 to 5 working days
- Other Countries: 3 to 14 working days
Damages & Returns
Obey Robot must be notified within 48hours of any damages to stock and short deliveries received in writing to info@obeyrobotstore.com to qualify for full credit on damaged items.
